On December 22, the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) Orkhan Mammadov met with the members of the Public Council under the newly formed Agency.
Chairman of the Management Board of KOBIA Orkhan Mammadov said that the Agency attaches importance to public consultations in terms of improving the quality of services provided to entrepreneurs, increasing efficiency in this area and ensuring entrepreneur satisfaction. It was noted that KOBIA is interested in close cooperation with the Public Council in this field. Expanding mutual relations between the agency and the business community, informing entrepreneurs in detail about the support mechanisms of KOBIA and encouraging the use of these tools are among the expectations from the Public Council.
At the meeting, council members' expectations and suggestions from the Agency were heard, and opinions were exchanged on the activities of the council in 2023.
It should be noted that elections were held in 2022 in order to form a new composition of the Public Council under KOBIA. Based on the results of the elections, new members of the Public Council under KOBIA, consisting of representatives of 15 civil society institutions, were elected.
